Impact Teams

At New Beginnings, we believe that God has given each of us unique spiritual gifts that are to be used to serve others.  The impact of that service will transform lives—for those serving, for the people they serve, and even for those who see them giving their time to help someone else.

You have the opportunity to sample any serving role at New Beginnings. This is the best place to start when you're considering where to serve. Just complete the form below and try out several positions to find your fit!

Below is a list of our Impact Teams with a brief description of each team's objective.

First Impressions Team
Objective: Ensure that every person entering New Beginnings is greeted and that guests are offered assistance so that everyone feels important and welcome.
​Sound Team
Objective: Maintain a high quality sound that supports the Worship leader, vocals, musicians and the Lead Pastor.
Projection Team
Objective: To enhance the service or event by providing visual elements through the use of video and projection equipment.
Cleaning Team
Objective: Ensure that our facility is clean and communicates a warm and welcoming environment to our guests and members.
Prayer Team 
Objective: Pray for the needs of the church, individuals, community, nation and world so that lives will be transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.
Outreach Team
Objective: Seek ways through events at our church and in our community to reach those who don’t have a relationship with Jesus.
Illuminate - Children’s Team (Member)
Objective: By illuminating children’s lives with the Word of God and equipping them to walk with Jesus daily so that they will be a light to others.
Ignite - Youth Team (Member)
Objective: To ignite a passion for God in the hearts of students and equip them to function in their God given purpose for their lives, making transforming impacts in our world.
Worship Team (Member)
Objective: To create an atmosphere, through music, media, and the arts that invites people to engage with God, allowing Him to transform lives that transform our world.
